We provide on-demand delivery services to ensure your gelato arrives fresh and in optimal condition. Please take note of the following details regarding our delivery process:

Delivery Zones and Fees:

Delivery Time Slots:
1pm - 3pm
3pm - 6pm
Please allow a 2-hour lead time for preparation before each delivery slot.

Same-Day Delivery:
We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1pm.

Handling and Packaging:
Your gelato will be packed with care in temperature-controlled packaging to maintain its freshness. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery as our products are perishable and cannot be left unattended.

Missed Deliveries:
If no one is available to receive the order at the specified address, our delivery personnel will wait for a short time before moving to their next delivery. If a redelivery is needed, additional charges may apply.

Changes to Delivery:
Should you need to change the delivery address or time, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
