Ordering
Can I change or cancel my order?
We understand plans change! You can modify or cancel your order by submitting this Google Form up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Can I write a message on the gelato cake?
Unfortunately, we can't write directly on our gelato cakes. But don’t worry! You can add a handwritten message card with your order.
Can I customize my gelato cake?
Our gelato cake flavours and designs are fixed to maintain our quality and presentation. We’ve carefully curated each one to bring you the best experience!
Delivery & Pickup
How far can my gelato be delivered to?
We deliver within a 30km radius from our store at The Met, Kuala Lumpur. Beyond that, we wouldn’t want your gelato to melt on the way!
What are your delivery fees?
For deliveries within 0-15km, the fee is RM13 (free on orders above RM150).
For 15km-30km, it’s RM25 (free on orders above RM300).
What are your delivery and pick up time slots?
Delivery time slots: (Requires at least 3 hours preorder time)
- 1pm - 3pm
- 3pm - 6pm
Pick up time slots: (Requires at least 1 hour preorder time)
- 1pm - 3pm
- 3pm - 5pm
- 5pm - 7pm
- 7pm - 9pm
How long until my gelato pints and cakes start to melt?
Packed in our cooler bag:
- Gelato pints and cakes: 30 to 45 minutes
Once you receive them, pop them in the freezer right away. Let them sit for an hour before enjoying!
Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?
Absolutely! You can choose to pick up your gelato from our store at The Met, Kuala Lumpur. Just select the pickup option during checkout.
Can you deliver my order at a specific time?
While we aim to deliver your order within your chosen timeslot, we cannot commit to a specific time within that slot due to factors like traffic and route planning.
Do you deliver to units or inside malls/hotels/restaurants?
We don't deliver directly to high-rise units or inside malls. Orders will be handed over at car-accessible lobbies or drop-off points where drivers can park without incurring fees and in compliance with parking regulations.
For hotels or landed restaurants, delivery will be made to the reception if reservation details are provided or if staff are willing to collect the order when driver access is limited.
Product
Difference between gelato and ice cream?
Gelato is richer in milk and lower in cream, churned slowly to create smaller air bubbles, giving it a dense and silky texture, unlike its fluffy cousin, ice cream.
Best time (and ways) to enjoy my gelato and gelato cakes
- Gelato pints and cakes: Best enjoyed within 1 week of purchase.
Store in the freezer, and let them sit for a few minutes at room temperature before indulging for the perfect texture!
Are there allergens in your gelato?
Most of our gelato contain nuts, dairy; however, our gelato cakes also contain gluten. We recommend checking our ingredient list or reaching out to us for any specific dietary concerns.
Do you offer non-dairy options?
Yes, we do! Our sorbets are entirely vegan, offering a refreshing and fruity alternative for those who prefer non-dairy delights.
In-Store
Can I try before I buy?
We love offering tastings when the queue is short! But during busier times, especially with long lines, we might need to limit tastings to keep things moving smoothly for everyone.
Do you have seating available?
Yes, we do. Our cozy seating area is perfect for enjoying your gelato with friends or for some quiet me-time.
Is there parking at your location?
Yes, there’s parking available inside the building.
