Refund and Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If you notice any damage, defects, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 hours. We will evaluate the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a refund or replacement.

Cancellations

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellations:
    If you need to cancel your order due to a change of plan, date, time, or delivery address, a full refund will be provided as store credit. All online payments incur processing charges, so we cannot issue full refunds back to the original payment method.

  • Seller-Initiated Cancellations:
    If we must cancel your order, a full refund will be provided back to your original payment method.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
