Transport & Storage

Last up to 45 minutes inside the cooler bag upon delivery or pick-up.

Store immediately in the freezer at -18°C for at least 30 minutes before serving

Serving Tips

Gelato too hard? Thaw for 5-10 minutes at room temperature or 15-20 minutes in the fridge before serving.

For Cakes:
Use a sharp stainless steel knife warmed with hot water, wiping off excess water to avoid ice crystals.

Best Before

Consume within 7 days for the best quality and freshness.

Expiry 3 weeks from the date of receiving if kept frozen at -18°C.
